Peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan will improve the economic development of the region and bring stability and security. Former President of the European Council Charles Michel stated this in a conversation with reporters. He stressed that taking a decision on the peace agreement was an extremely bold step. “I strongly support all efforts being made to strengthen this peace agreement. I am convinced that it will become a very solid basis for the development of ties in the region and will stimulate economic growth. At the same time, thanks to greater stability and security, it will improve people’s well-being and create opportunities for the implementation of various projects,” Michel said.
